1. What VAULT is

VAULT is macOS desktop software distributed by Materia Studio. It runs entirely on your Mac: the AI runtime, the vector index, the files, and the settings never leave your machine.

2. Your licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run VAULT on machines you own or control. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or re-licensing of the binary is not permitted.

3. What we collect

Nothing from the app. Email addresses submitted on this website (download, waitlist) are stored only so we can notify you about releases. You can request deletion at any time.

4. No warranty

VAULT is provided as-is. Always keep backups of files you value — no single piece of software, local or cloud, is a substitute for a proper backup strategy.
